Cinch Inch Loss Plan has a new fan that is also an author, educator, and a board-registered interventionist named Brad Lamm. He loves Cinch and has mentioned Cinch ( see also Diets - the best Weight Loss Plan ) in his new book Just 10 LBS: Easy Steps to Weighing What You Want (Finally!).
This book provides you with the motivation you need to take control of your weight by taking the first step to losing the first 10 pounds. He is touring the country interviewing on shows such as Dr. Oz, which he is a regular contributor on, and the Oprah Network as well.

A few copies of the book Just 10 LBS were given out at our 2011 Kickoff Meeting in Golden, Colorado and we were able to get a sneak peek. Brad mentions Cinch several times in the book and says he always carries a Cinch Bar with him everywhere he goes. I have since purchased the book myself and I’m finding some great information and many great ideas.
